Tips To Protect Your Credit Cards

Hey Everybody,

Thought I would post some information today about protecting them there credit cards you have from identity thieves.

1)
Only carry the credit cards you need. By doing this you are limiting your losses to any accounts you have if your wallet or purse is stolen.

2)
When in shops and restaurants never let your card leave your sight. More and more people are getting jobs in shops and restaurants with the sole purpose of cloning peoples credit cards.

3)
When purchasing things online make sure you check that the site has a real address and a working telephone number. This is simple enough to do just check on the contact page and give them a quick ring.

4)
Also when purchasing online make sure that there is a little padlock in the bottom left or right of the screen and that the website address starts with https:// this means that when you send your card details over the internet they are encrypted.
